Yes Roe vs. Wade. I liked Alito's answer better than Roberts'. He said this was an important precedence, I believe. Roberts refused to even say it was possible he would ever rule on it by saying something to the effect that it was an decide issue. Whether Alito would try to change this ruling was skirted around and I found this unsettling. He did stand up to a bunch of serious questions so I think he is going to be passed.

I would not cry over what someone said. I might be a little pissed though. Crying gets nothing accomplished and proves nothing. She had to know what was coming.
