LOL, Clinton got rail roaded by Monica. He didnt know there was a problem till there were camera's in front of his face. Little to late to off her at that point. Besides, he was already in his second term, he had nothing to lose, but respect from the American public. He had already made his millions from big oil. He had nothing but reputation to lose, and even that wasnt going to hurt him, cause he couldnt run again if he wanted to.

Scooter Libby was convicted of obstruction of justice in a case about the outing of a covert CIA agent. Clinton's testimony under oath about a sexual affair actually shouldn't be considered perjury, because that testimony was not material to the sexual harassment case that he was being deposed for. Perjury is only a crime when the information is material to the case. Monica Lewinsky was not harassed by Clinton, she was a willing participant. And the lawsuit was dismissed. I have a huge problem when people compare an administration who lies and obstructs justice in order to hide what could be considered treasonous activity, to a man lying about an affair.

And what Cheney has done has in no way benefited this nation, it has hurt us enormously. It has helped anyone who Cheney awarded no bid contracts to, including Halliburton, KBR, and the energy industry cronies who have gotten disgustingly rich off of the cronyism. Give me a break.
