My parents and grandparents are buried, I'm sixty years old so "son" seems to be an improper title.

I think voters should be divided into assets and debits and only assets should be able to vote.

Definitions:
Asset:A person that pays state/federal tax that is used to fund the state/federal government. Retired persons that are former producers that met the above requirement at the time of retirement or movement to SSI.

Debit:A person that pays neither state/federal taxes and only pays SS/Medicare contributions along with sales and other local taxes.

The generation of producers along with the generation of former producers are quite capable to direct the governing of the nation.

To allow leaches or lazy the right to run the state/federal government would be equal to a family allowing a child or adult offspring to lazy to work the right to decide how the family budget is spent.
I'll apologize for the "son" label I used; but in many of your posts; you sound like a silly child. One who thinks from emotion; rather than fact.
Lately, you now seem to think you should decide the rights that American citizens should have.
Voting is a privilege long conferred upon our citizens (except the convicted felons) before you or I came along.
By the way, what constitutes "lazy"? or "leaches" (I'll assume that you meant "leeches")? People that are crippled or infirmed? People that have reached a financially comfortable point in life that they no longer have to work? Who should decide that definition?
Please define things for us. I only ask because now you seem to also want to define Blacks in this way. Also, because I fall into the crippled (partially) category, the financially comfortable category, and I'm also Black! Should I not have the right to vote?
Is this where your dislike for Obama really coming from? A Black has achieved what you could not, and you are ashamed of that fact? That is only because he made the effort to achieve, and did not waste idle time in blaming others for his own shortcomings in life. You should learn the lesson here.

After all the awful things Bush has done to this country I think he deserves it, thought it is a tad childish.

No emotion, just frustration of America turning into a nanny state.

Leeches(thanks for the correction):Able bodied people that rely on the government for support rather than work and earn a living.
Lazy:People that choose not to work because they can avoid work by allowing the government to fund their life.

I explained in the post you quoted SSI based on a producer being unable to continue producing. Persons retired that were producers when they retired regardless of reason for retirement should be able to vote. SSI is the insurance for disabled workers under the SS act.

I have no ill feelings toward any other flavor of human on earth that has achieved more than I have. Everyone can look at the Help Wanted ads and see the possibilities of destinations... I like this way of putting it from the movie Scent of a Woman "Lt. Col. Frank Slade: [Lt. Col. Frank Slade is speaking in defense of Charlie Simms at meeting at the Baird School] Now I have come to the cross-roads in my life. I always knew what the right path was. Without exception, I knew, but I never took it. You know why? It was too damn hard. Now here's Charlie. He's come to the cross-roads. He has chosen a path. It's the right path. It's a path made of principle that leads to character. Let him continue on his journey."

There is no such thing as a pure white person and race has nothing to do with what I've been saying. My point is people of Afro American origin have prospered in America and others have not. People of all races have prospered in America and others of their individual races have not... My position is, and remains that only those in the Afro American race that fail are told they are "unfortunate" because somewhere in their family tree their ancestors were constrained.

My dislike for Senator Obama's positions have nothing to do with his race but his ideology. If Larry Elder would run for president I'd vote for him. I think Obama is a communist or communist-lite... I think he supports Rev. Wright's point of view of the Black Liberation Theology and, in general supports the same thing as most Democratic politicians... The idea of government being Robin Hood stealing from the rich and giving to the poor. I like Robin Hood if the King is evil but there is no basis for a Robin Hood in America because every flavor of American can look at the help wanted ads and if "qualified" become successful... Every American knows down deep the path... I always knew what the right path was. Without exception, I knew, but I never took it. You know why? It was too damn hard. and NO American should be able to fall back on any excuse like I'm unfortunate for not becoming successful. If you can make it then they can make it... those who think they are unfortunate because a politician told them they are unfortunate should not be able to open your or my wallet in order that they not be considered unfortunate.

Sorry, there is nothing in that search that says that FEMA paid for any condos being rebuilt for Warren Buffett personally.

What it said was that the state of Florida is paying Buffett's corporation in insurance.

Do you research anything you spew, or are just a mouthpiece for Ann Coulter:

The State Board of Administration agreed to pay Warren Buffett's Berkshire Hathaway more than $220 million for its commitment to bond out $4 billion to help shore up the Florida Hurricane Catastrophe Fund.
Berkshire Hathaway's bond commitment provides the state with a total of $12 billion if the cat fund is tapped for $25 billion. The state would have to access the bond market for the rest. But, if it can't, because of the tumult in the credit markets, all policyholders will get hit with assessments, insurance experts say.
Try again.

Am I good with the State of Florida buying a hurricane insurance policy?

Well, yeah. Aren't you?

So, Zack, on top of everything else, you are a liar.

You stated that FEMA was paying for Warren Buffett's condos in Florida. This is a lie. When I point out your mistake, you again lie.

You really are a Republican.

You never even looked at the other links I provided... did you know that Berkshire Hathway's core business is insurance? Okay, we are a little more clear. I think your post probably should have been more in the category of Race rather than in an Election thread based upon it's content unless race was being discussedas the base topic. From "Guy insults Bush on live television" to "Afro- Americans (African Americans) prospering in America when others have not" is quite a step. It indicates that you look to blame others (Blacks) for your own reasons for not succeeding.
Maybe it's just your chosen words.About two months ago, CNN ran a short news story covering a town hall speech McCain was giving in West Virginia. The story was about the "Never-Ending" Question; a local man whom; when allowed to address McCain, Stammered on and on for more than 3 minutes without asking a question or making a coherent statement. When finally he could gather himself, he blurted out: "It seems like Black people are taking over the country"! After the crowd started to goad him to sit down; he finally asked a real question: "Why should I vote for you, Senator McCain"?
Your posts sound like this man. Somehow they always come back to Black people. Not every issue in the world has to do with Blacks. You might want to remember that. It might be easier to keep your issues straight if you try to put them in the correct threads.
On the original point of the thread; I think it was in poor taste to insult the President (any President) in such a way, but the man in question has broken no laws of which I am aware of. I think Jay Leno and David Letterman would have been jailed (or executed) long ago if there were any such laws in America.

Perhaps you should volunteer to become a moderator and specialize in keeping a thread on topic. I didn't change the subject and find it disingenuous for you to conclude what you concluded above in bold. I clearly stated I knew the path to success, or greater success using a quote:I always knew what the right path was. Without exception, I knew, but I never took it. You know why? It was too damn hard. All young men or women can look in newspapers and see positions for engineers to CEO's of large companies and recognize that these positions are possible if you take the right path regardless of race. I am successful but I have the ability to be much more successful had I chosen the path to do so... the choice was personal and had nothing to do with race but rather priorities... my priorities were were getting in girls pants, I found that much more interesting than spending so many hours preparing for a high income job.

When debating either black people or white liberals on any subject it seems that someone will bring up my need to accept that black people are "unfortunate" because white people made them that way generations ago. This is the position of the Democratic Party and the mindset of the Black community "in my mind". Clearly, Afro Americans are more conservative as a group than those white members of the Democratic Party that labels them progressive. Clearly, those Afro Americans that fail to succeed in broken neighborhoods are the result of the Democratic Party holding them down and weakening them by labeling them "unfortunate". This FACT is as clear as the nose on your face when you see other races than white progress as a group ahead of the Afro American group.

Personally, as a member of the white tribe that created America I prefer America to reflect the white tribe's founding values and culture. I don't want America to become Hispanic, Korean, Vietnamese, Muslim, Black or any other flavor because the superior Western European brains created America... the other cultures with lesser developed brains invited in could have did the same thing in their origin cultures but they didn't. This is not a white supremacists statement but a statement of fact... the white tribe had a superior culture then and it still does today. I think the best complement for any citizen of another race can make is to assimilate and reflect the proven superior culture and not demand an inferior culture as a standard. Hispanic, Korean, Vietnamese, Muslim, Black or any other flavors should not demand white people adjust to their culture but the other way around since the facts prove the standard of the culture was best of all cultures in the world.

So, no, I do not find successful black people in higher positions than me as an insult but rather a complement. If black people become successful in America equal to white people then that is a good thing because it will be very easy to see that had that same black person remained in Africa he/she would not have. It is a complement to the white race that Afro Americans are at a higher level than African Africans.

If you really want the moderator job then go back and re-read who changed the subject and you'll find it was not me.
