I doubt the 5% unemployed consider it full employment. And unemployment varies by state, as does the economy.

Yes, that is true. It is also true that economists consider 5% to 5-1/2% national average unemployment to be full employment. Check it out.

I don't doubt your assertion. But the economists have jobs. They have a different perspective, I'm sure. The (point of) view is different with a different life situation.

Which is basically what you and Jefferson are advocating for evacuees - a different life situation. And that's fine. My thought is that encouragement works better than criticism.
