While I agree witht he congresswoman's basic premise that women work less years and thus will have a pension gap, she still offered no proof for statement regarding the wage gap. Because she says it then its true???? Again an argument without a factual basis.

Really, although I base my arguments off of my beliefs when necessary I will provide facts, as I have often done in this debate citing surveys and studies and in answer to my arguments, I am giving a congresswomans web site where all she does is state that women earn 76 cents. I provided two well established organizations.

It is not I who is saying Bush is a fascist and offering no proof. It is not I who is saying women earn this and offering no proof. But rather those in opposition. Wake up and smell the crap you are trying to shovel. I make damn sure that I provide the backing for my arguments, whether they are based in fact or logical unlike so many who can only rely on partisan talking points. Grow up!!!!! You still have not given us any proof (links, past decisions and otherwise) supporting your claim that Roberts is the right man for the job. In fact, no one who has said he is the right man for the job has done so. You responded to me specifically (on page 6) and I replied (on page 6) saying "I don't know what you've proven here that supports Roberts' appointment."
