You mean Since Saddam took over, they have lost hundreds of thousands in a war with Iran, invaded another country, tried to build a nuke facility and got bombed by Israel, got their asses kicked losing thousands more in 1991 Gulf war, evaded UN sanctions and orders year after year, murdered approximately 300,000 of their own citizens...... I am saying that we have DECREASED the stability in Iraq. It was MORE stable in Iraq than what we are doing there now.

... is HIGHER than it was under Saddam.

What Israel bombed was a nuclear REACTOR.
