I'm sure that a lot of people that never knew how to build a nuke learned how to do it from the news story. Tell me who they are? The NY Times will blow everything out of proportion when it comes to republicans. Everyone knows that. They don't mind leaking stuff that helps them though do they? Nah.

What the hell else will people remember him for?
Attacking al Qaeda? ANYBODY would have done that. The potentially impressive part would have been if he had CAUGHT bin Laden, and he states he isn't interested in that.
Bush has DOUBLED the national debt. ONE president all by himself. DOUBLING it in six years.

You are dreaming if you think people will remember him positively.

Oh give me a fricken break.
Analyst after analyst have pointed out that the Soviet Union WAS GOING TO COLLAPSE ANYWAYS. Reagan did nothing to CAUSE the U.S.S.R to collapse.
If anything, he moved the time scale up by a few months. That's IT.
That's ALL he did.
He doesn't get credit for "defeating" the Soviet Union. He was just on watch when the sick ol' bastard finally died.

Which states would have supposedly gone to Bush if Perot never ran?

Perot never took ANY states.

Name me which states would have supposedly gone to Bush if Perot hadn't run...

What an idiot. Perot didn't have to take any states. All he had to do was prevent Bush from taking enough to win which he did and that was his entire purpose.

I agree that approval rating polls mean little, but I am glad to see that the U.S. may be opening their eyes a little to the evil and hate that this administration is spreading around the world. It pains me to see how much this administration is hurting our country every day. It pains me to know that it will take years to regain the freedoms that we have lost to this administration. Hopefully America will someday again reperesent freedom and justice for ALL. Today we just seem to stand for Freedom and Justice for those few right-wing christians who hang on the administrations every word as the gospel...

I wouldn't call Joe Leiberman a "right-wing Christian". Being hated by islamofacists and college kids doesn't mean the world hates us. People are risking their lives to get into America for a better life. They aren't doing that because they hate America. I can't think of another country I'd rather live in.

So when was the last time - in your opinion - that that was the case?
