I read a great article that had some shocking statistics about how little the average American knows about government, politics, and American history. I wish I still had it. I'm going to try to get another copy of it because it would be a great side topic. Will get back to you all later on this one.
But it don't take much to get me by
So just booze me up and get me high

Wake up indeed.
Time and time again there has been the claim of election fraud. By who, Jesse Jackson, provide some documented evidence, no speculation, but actual documented evidence. Time and time again we hear about people who claim they didn't get to vote, how often has it been found that these same people never even took the time to bother to register. Voting may be a right, but I'm sorry if you're not going to take the steps necessary to ensure you can vote you have no one to blame but yourself.

I have served in the military, and had to request my absentee ballot, I work as a travelling lab technician, and have had to register to vote in several different states, especially when I find myself having lived there for several years. Since 1988 I have not missed a single election, not one, why, because I take the time necessary to ensure that I can vote.

I have worked during elections as a judge, and a registrar. Time and time again, people show up to vote, and don't even know where they were suppose to go. Then this wonderful idea about provisional ballots came along. If someone shows up at the wrong place, rather than sending them to the right place, we fill out the form, allow them to vote, and then place the ballot with form in the designated box. Afterwards, the clerks, determine whether the person was eligible to vote or not. Often times the people filling out this simple forms, left information blank, the clerks did their best to determine who the person was, often times, that job was nearly impossible because of the commonality of certain names.

I've grown tired of hearing how Bush stole the 2000 election. I just find it rather amazing the nerve of the Democrats to try and lecture Republicans on voter fraud, when for so long they themselves have been the masters of voter fraud.

Someone needs to defend capitalism. It seems that the only ones who really care are business and the corporations. Whats the difference between the so-called corporations supposedly being in bed with Republicans, and the unions being in bed with the Democrats???

Corporations represent greed over empathy. Unions stand up for the rights of the common worker.

Sorry if you can't emotionally understand the difference you robot republicans.

Give me a break. Corporations are the sorce of millions of jobs around the U.S. Is it not their right to make profit from their business? No, of course not. I would much rather be a robot than a pansy.

Yes, it is a sad world when people choose greed over humanity but it is the corporations right to make profit. The left fears big business, nothing unusual.
