Hear Hear MiraLee!!

I was much too young to know how people felt during the Reagan years, but I have been told from everyone the same thing you have just said to us. You could be entirely right, Bush may actually be looked upon as a hero 10-20 years from now.

Wow. Unbelievable.

Reagan compared to Hitler? You must of been among the many who held up peace signs during the Cold War. Reagan saved America...maybe that's why the left is so upset/jealous? The weapons arms race is what what ended the Cold War...all other explanations are just complete BS. Sure the idea of a Star Wars defense system sounded pretty stupid, but other countries believed in it.

I think it's been proven and is pretty obvious is was/is the oil. And if you don't think shocking and awing a major city with bombs was a plan to kill innocent women and children, then you are more naive than my 3 year old grandson.

Your inability to understand the raping of children, the killing and maiming of children from the bombing of schools is phenomenal. This was has killed hundreds of thousands of innocent Iraqis...for oil...for wealth...for the few who run the government...if this is not considered a crime by you then I'm lost as to how to define your values. Care to elaborate?
Eh this is where I will have to disagree...Gas prices are still high!

Iraqi oil rights have nothing to do with the oil gouging in this nation. All oil goes on the international market and is sold to the highest bidder. Only the corporations benefit from extracting and selling the oil to the market.

We should buy oil from canada, cheaper to import and gas prices would drop.

Or we could just have fuel standards on the level of Europe's. Doing so not only helps the environment but we wouldn't have to import from OPEC at all.

Two birds with one stone: environment and reliance on foreign oil.

Unfortunately that will never get done with this administration: he owes too much to his Saudi friends. Bush will continue holding hands with Islamic dictators and murderers while our troops and innocent Iraqis get caught in the crossfire.
