The towns and communities pay companies like WM to take care of the trash. The town does not actually manage the trash. Well in some ways they control where it goes but the work is done by companies like WM.

If you all are still unsure..

I'm gonna pull a quote from onthefence and say, "You are wrong". But I will provice explanation to why you are wrong

Well, it turns out you are both right. I looked up my county for instance, and it is partly run by the county and partly by private trash companies.

People are poor because they CHOOSE TO BE THAT WAY! I didn't choose for them to be poor. Its there own fault. Just because Bill Gates invented MS-DOS doesnt mean everyone gets a slice of the profit pie. Im sorry the world isnt fair. Not even communism is fair. By putting very unfair taxes on people like Bill Gates makes them put the jobs over in japan where it can be done for 10 cents an hour compaired to $5.15 . Democrats cant see that so they raise the taxes even higher until all of microsofts blue collar workers are in 3rd world countries and only the white collar workers remain here. The rich take 97% of the taxes. I still can't understand why actors are for democrats. If they really were for them they would sell all there belongings and give the money to the goverment so it could be "properly"
invested. Thats the socialist i mean democratic way.
Republicans have Morals. Liberals just have feelings.

what we really need and what makes the most the most sense is that a flat tax be put into place. This way every one would pay the same amount of taxes but the amount would depend on the amount the make.

Conservatism: Self-centered mean-spiritedness fueled by ignorance and misguided self-importance.

Bigotry is a social disease.

Legalized same-sex marriage almost certainly benefits those same-sex couples who choose to marry, as well as the children being raised in those homes. - David Blankenhorn is president of the New York-based Institute for American Values and the author of "The Future of Marriage."
