$2.25 a gallon, my paycheck goes down the drain just paying for gas.
I hear ya! i remember 5 years ago when stores used to have gas wars and i loved paying 0.99 a gallon now it takes $29.00 to fill up my honda.
My car is real crappy, it is a Bonneville but it takes like $35 to fill up my tank... When I go on dates I want to shoot myself, women are so expensive...

I think it's because we are approaching peak world oil production shortly.
We definately need to find a solution for this oil crisis, fast! It is time to invade Iran and now.
I think we are going to see a big change in GM and Ford. Too much horsepower and high gas prices is just not going to sell.

I usually drive my truck (1996 Chevy 1500 Z71) around which is close to $50 to fill it. I get probably 320 miles to a full tank.

Then we have my 1971 Cutlass which is about $40 to fill it with less than 14mpg. However I only drive this like 20 miles a week. So it's not too bad.

I pass a few gas stations on my way to work everyday so I sort of monitor the prices to see how it is in my town. In the past two weeks I have seen as low as $2.36 and as high as $2.51. The gas station right near my house, which we don't really use, changes their prices almost daily. It's kinda weird. I'm not sure what the average is for my area though.
But it don't take much to get me by
So just booze me up and get me high
