US Economy is STILL strong!
The liberals have been screaming - since GWB took office in 2001 - that the US Economy is certainly "going to hell in a handbasket".

But wait, months and years after Bush took office, it appears that the economy is STILL doing very well.

...and all the liberals can do is cry, "Yeah, but SOMEDAY the economy is going to turn bad!"

So funny how anyone could think the economy would decline while we borrow 1 million dollars every 10 seconds. Duh.
On the other hand. Take a look at supply and demand in the oil industry right now. We may need to invade someone else real soon.
Politics, it seems to me, for years, or all too long, has been concerned with right or left instead of right or wrong. ~Richard Armour

There are many men of principle in both parties in America, but there is no party of principle. ~Alexis de Tocqueville

I'm all for that!

Let's start with taking over the whole stinking Middle East - beginning in Saudi Arabia.

4.6% unemployment. Damn, another issue lost to the success of the economy. What the hell are the dems going to run on this fall? Oh, never mind, I know. They HATE BUSH.

You know, not everything bad happens instantly. The huge deficit is going to have a negative effect, if federal interest rates stay high.

That's the only response you have?

It's a reasoned response with an explanation. I could start making things up, but I prefer to stick to the truth.

4.6% unemployment. The TRUTH is the dems will not have the economy to use in this campaign.

More people working = more taxes paid = more money to pay the deficit = no campaign issue.

After 9/11, you would think we might slip into a depression, but the tax cuts and other actions taken place by this administration helped get us out of a recession.

Hmmmm... funny, but it seems that they cry-baby liberals are VERY silent about this thread - just like they're silent about any other threads that speak to how strong the American economy is right now.

Their silence is deafening!
