Dear Ms Knight. You have the hook up for knowing
what's happening in the Criminal Justice system,and
I know that you should know the facts. That's what
makes you interesting on other forums, and I would
never argue anything you post.

Like myself, I am inside of the Criminal Justice system,
being involved with the laws of the land,and once a
person knows what he or she is talking about that's
living proof.

Here in Michigan there is more Blacks in the prison
population, and more are innocent. However there
is fewer Whites in prison serving BIG TIME, due to
the fact that most crimes are White shirt & tie crimes,
and most of them are committed by Whites.

I guess what I am saying is I hope the Brother's
life isn't taken unjustly. The Dept of Justice facts
isn't always correct as far as I am concerned.

Where did you get the information that whites only make up 6% of the prison population?

Let the hypocrisy that is formed from basing morality upon fantasy ring true!!!

Apples and oranges once again. Abortion and the death penalty are separate issues, unless you can prove to me and a jury the crime beyond a reasonable doubt that the unborn child committed. Until you can, get another mantra, cause you continue to look like a childish fool.

I don't believe that the fellow will be executed. If that should happen, however, and the laws of the land find that this man was truly innocent, the courts are going to forever regret their actions.

I have held a telephone conversation with a friend do in
Albany Ga who is close to the case, and I should have a
update by this coming Tuesday. This is a very important
concern for me. Because a Black man's innocent life is on
the line, and there's a Rights group in Georgia who is on
the stand-by to start a nationwide protest.

I like this first hand information, due to the fact that it
takes away the truth being twisted by the media, and
hearing a first hand report is always the best.

The first one shows a racial bias that indicated that people of color are executed more often, the second indicates that they are executed and nearly the same rate and the third I cannot access.
