Abortion kills innocent, un-born babies.
Capital punishment (if done correctly) kills people who are murderers.

HUGE difference. Even a closed-minded liberal ought to be able to see that.

The difference in discussion here is between executing a child who has committed murder and an adult who has committed murder.

An abortion does not kill a baby, it kills a zygote.

But I'll guarantee you that, within your lifetime, you're going to be facing another huge moral dilemma.

Babies are ALREADY living outside the womb at 4 & 5 months of gestation. It's only a matter of time until it becomes earlier than that.

Are you then going to be willing to admit that a baby - at 4 months of gestation - is a human? It'll be VERY hard not too, won't it?

Honestly, I don't care whether the fetus is a baby or whatever. I care about the individual life of the mother. It's her body. As far as I'm concerned, until that baby is born, it's a part of her body. If a finger is cancerous or gangrenous, if it is taking life, liberty and the persuit of happiness away, then why shouldn't it be removed?

It's not that I hate babies. It's that I care about the lives of human beings who are unquestionably alive more than contraversial humans.

Actually, you are medically and factually WRONG.

The pre-born baby is NOT part of the mother's body.

And you've also exposed your hypocrisy and double standard: You care about the humans YOU care about, and are willing to MURDER humans that YOU DON'T care about.

I think I was exposing the libertarian view of personal liberty, but I suppose you can interpret things how you choose.

The whatever you want to call it is lodged inside the uterus and recieves nutrients through diffusion.

The fact of the matter is that this questionably human thing is imposing on the rights of an unquestionably human thing. If someone came into your house and started stealing things, what would you do?
