I just don't think he's ready but then again aren't all the other folks on both sides reruns of previous candidates? It may be a huge cultural awakening for black Americans. As a conservative I am so embarrased about GWB I can't wait for him to go. I think it's naive to believe anyone can beat Clinton.

I've always thought his inexperience in Washington was a benefit for him.

As far as I know, for the most part he hasn't been around long enough to be bought out by big business (like Clinton has in a big way). And he wants to end all that. Representing a major change in how we do politics. I would really like to see that happen. Granted I'm not the biggest fan of Obama and his policies, but this point in ethics reform I think is a strong enough pointer for me to pinch my nose and vote for him if he were to win the nomination.

I am not a human being having a spiritual experience, I am a spiritual being having a human experience.

The ancient Greeks used to say, "You shall know a man by the friends that he keeps." Given the nature of their friends and advisers, what are we to conclude about the Republican party:
Stop the madness before us it stops!

I also believe what the other Democrats are touting as his inexperience is actually his biggest advantage.Hillary has a name, Clinton, but what other experience can she claim? Pretty much the same can be said for all the Democrats. I am going to also open up another can of worms here. Many people do not want to admit it, but there are plenty whom won't consider Obama because he is Black. There are also those whom will not be able to make the leap to the idea of a woman President.
So what will always happen? Mass defections to the Republican party. I don't want to be rude; but sometimes the Democrats are their own worst enemy.
