There's a big Blackwater compound just a few blocks from where I am. They have their own helicopters. You can always tell when it's a Blackwater helo because they fly much lower than the military ones - they are much louder too.

And now we find out that the Inspecter General for the State Dept.'s investigation of Blackwater, has a brother on the Board at Blackwater. And that he originally lied about that. Now he has recused himself from the investigation. And that the owner of Blackwater while recruiting the brother for the board, knew that the other brother was the IG at the State Dept. Eric Prince will hopefully be held accountable for something here.

Talking about covering your ass. The report states that the findings of the investigation concluded that the shooting were unjustified. Yet in the very next sentence it says that the FBI investigation is still under way.

Correct me if I am wrong, but aren't findings something that are issued at the end of an investigation???? So if the investigation is still underway, there can be no findings. But if it is negative and about the war, it has to be reported.
