Well, why would we not spend 1/3 of our money on the only 100% effective method of not getting HIV/AIDs through sexual transmission. | The best way to avoid "catching" a blood borne disease like this is to avoid having sex and doing IV drugs. Considering there is still risk with condoms and other barriers, I would be drilling the abstinence as well. That is a 99.9% guarantee you won't catch HIV. Why lie as if "safe sex" is the best method. You'll never have 100% success rate because there are always dumases that won't follow advice. You've been warned.
