Our POW's in Vietnam were subjected to more brutal torture in the Vietnam War. John McCain went through that.
So how is the CIA supposed to extract information from an Al-Qaeda guy if they can't torture?

I am sorry, but if it saves one life, and stops one attack from occuring then it is the best method available for us to use. Hell it was effective against the Shiek I have nothing against it. If it gets us the answers we want or need then I say waterboard away.

However, I guess one reason for no torturing is the Geneva Convention. Hmmm.
