This latest sweep of Obama's has to make her scratch her head. This man and the ever-widening support that he is getting is not a fluke.
Add to that the financial woes of Hillary's campaign. She won't be able to keep putting her own money into herself much longer, H80. My father thinks that should Obama win Texas, Ohio, or Pennslyvania that you might see Hillary thinking about dropping out. I must admit that I think she is in real trouble coming up in the next three weeks.
She has tried to explain Obama's recent successes as mostly the "Black voting for Black" phenomenom. Obama is getting more and more support from White America as each day passes; and he is increasing his votes in the sectors that Hillary practically owned in the first few primaries. Texas will tell just how much trouble Hillary is in. |

And the Republicans have 8 years of president Bush to overcome. Personally, I think with McCain not having the full support of the Repubs behind in with full steam, Obama is gonna take it. It's his office to lose as far as I'm concerned. Hell, I might even vote for the guyn and just hope Congress can stave off Universal healthcare for another 4 years..

We can't let it happen.

But that's another thread.

But that's another thread. | The problem is that not "everyone" can pay under this system. How about a single-payer system? Everyone pays according to their abilities, and receives according to their needs.

I think if the public figures that Hillary does not have much money to keep her campaign afloat, they may cast their votes for Obama. I always have heard that money does not grow on trees, but I think Obama is going to win the nomination. However, it is a long way off.
My sister and I may vote for Obama in November if he is indeed the nominee for president.

My sister and I may vote for Obama in November if he is indeed the nominee for president. | I agree, H80. Hillary's ship is starting to sink. I listened to her talking to the crowd in El Paso last night; and she is still beating a dead issue:"I have 35 years experience; so let me be your choice"!
First of all, I would like to know exactly what she defines "experience". I don't call her marraige to Bill in itself experience.
My father has a favorite saying that is applying to Hillary these days: "It doesn't matter how many times you kick a dead dog. It still isn't going to bark". I think she needs to make some grand move as a congresswoman to get back on her feet- like actually introducing some bill on these issues that she says that she can solve. Otherwise, her engine room is taking on more and more water, and the pumps cannot keep up with the Obama flooding. |
