| My governor, Tim Pawlenty, had already decided not to run for another term as governor, and he is a possible candidate for 2012. He hasn't decided to resign due to some discomfort with being a "lame-duck." I just can't understand Palin's reasoning. I don't see how she can run for president now that she has shown herself to be a quitter. |

| I won't label her as a "quitter"; even though that's just what's going to happen to her if she were to try a run in 2012. I just think that she is feeling the true pressure of public life as she never had before. After all, how many of us can truly say we even knew who Sarah Palin was two years ago? Not that many, I'm willing to bet.
If this is a political move of hers to gain credibility; it may be to move down to the "lower 48" states to corral more of a support base.Even though, I still don't see this overcoming her perceived weaknesses. I know that this throws the Republican Party into a quandary as to whom they want to put forward as their spokesperson. In all fairness; for her sake I hope this isn't because of an adultery scandal. Life had to be a little tough on her husband always being in her shadow as her man in waiting. If so, we'll be hearing about it soon enough. |

She is a strange one, that's for sure. | She should be recruited as an actress for soap operas.
