I bet every single one of those 300 ragheads did something (or somethings) to be put into Gitmo... there is just not enough evidence of their crimes to keep holding them. Does that mean they're innocent? Not hardly.

I was trying to stress the point by exagerrating. To me a child of 13 is as innocent as an infant. At 13 you are beginning to open ur eyes. You have no idea what u are doing. Are you telling me that this child is to stand trial like a grownup. Do you think he has the mental capacity to defend his actions? If not , then how can you think he has the mental capacity to pose a threat to the US. Is this child not HUMAN?

How twisted do you think humans are if you think a child who does not truly understand the repercussions of his actions can be assumed to be a violent murderer.

A child of 13 can be misled into committing wrong actions. But the fact that he is a CHILD cannot make him responsible.

Pity has nothing to do with it. If a child is taught to kill me, I have to defend myself. Pity will get me killed. The focus needs to be put on the adult terrorists who are teaching these children to murder for their cause. This is child abuse of the highest order and that is where the focus needs to be. If you truely care about these children, then put your energy and focus on those who are abusing the children by teaching them to kill.

That's all completely true. But how does putting a 13 year old in jail address the problem?

Besides as you just mentioned HE is not the problem . The problem are the ADULTS who TEACH him to kill. Deal with THOSE fuckers and leave the children alone.

terrorist violence is morally depraved. However so is incarcerating a child who cannot be held responsible for actions guided by other adults. How do you know he wasn't just there as the gopher.. Does that make him evil?
