This is a dumb move. She was forced to resign without any concern for checking the facts behind the story or any review, yet she's suing Breitbart? Sounds like bullshit. She'd have a much better lawsuit against her higher ups the him.

They didn't even follow their own procedures before throwing her under the bus. Any monetary losses she may suffer is more the fault of the feds than Breitbart. She's suing the wrong party.

(very clearly implying that she very well knows that RACE is not an issue in this nation any longer...but its about CLASS WARFARE) Then she openly declared that any disagreement with Obama, in specific any disagreement concerning health care, had to be RACIST in nature. How was it she put it? "....it is about white and black, BUT ITS NOT." (clearly implying that it was about social classification hiding behind racism, in other words WHITEY was holding down the blacks of this nation not because of their color but because of ECONOMIC GREED)
The Facts of her history points out that she has become very efficient at using HER SKIN COLOR to become a shake down artist. She has openly stated that "SCHOOL INTEGRATION is the worst thing that has happened to the blacks of this nation", as it robbed the black community of self sufficiency. HER OWN WORDS, she stated that it is BIG BROTHERS duty to, "keep the blacks on their land" (and in their houses given to them through affirmative action....IMPLIED).
And along with her RACIST husband Charles Sherrod (as the record indicates by self profession, "we must stop the white man from stealing our elections", implying a mentality of WE AGAINST "THEM")... she sued the USDA in a 13 million dollar lawsuit when her COMMUNIST style black farm commune was refused GOVERNMENT ASSISTANCE because it was not turning a profit like it was projected to do...so the USDA put a stop to her government subsidy grants. Even though the lawsuit was launched to support "NEW COMMUNITIES" FARM.....both She and her husband was rewarded 150k each for "pain and suffering", the largest INDIVIDUAL payout awarded in the suit.
So....no, this lawsuit does not surprise anyone, and apparently it is the reason that "barry" was just as quick to "rehire" her as he was to "fire" her. Its clear that she is being prompted by the media to sue AGAIN....as her civil rights have been violated, not by the ones that fired her, but the ones that used her own words against her??????? Correct Context? No, a calculated prompting by the media to rid them of an enemy by destroying his resources (BREITBART). Good luck...I mean with a little thing like the 1st amendment an all. Its most difficult indeed to prove MALICE when someones own words are used against them, even when taken out of the correct context....if that were the case, MSNBC would have ceased to exist from day one. And, just how many times would the dancing monkey (Jon Stewart) have been sued?
