You "think" being gay is a political issue?
You HAVE MADE being gay a political issue, just like racists make being black a political issue, just like anti-semitic people make Jewish a political issue.

It doesn't make that view-point any less bigotted.

Your "in other words" should have been phrased "In words that resemble nothing of what you ACTUALLY said..."
The POINT that you are OBVIOUSLY trying feverishly to avoid admitting, is that you are making baseless judgments - claiming one thing is moral while another is not, one thing is political while another is not. YOU are trying to force others to admit to, and accept, YOUR morality. YOU are also "cherry picking" as to what you'll admit is bigotry and what is not.

Not voting for a pro-homosexual candidate is no more bigotted than not voting for a pro-abortion candidate.

I am judging the merits of a decision based on the issues that are RELEVANT to that issue.
A POLITICAL choice would be made on POLITICAL factors.

And the only "obvious" thing here is that you are avoiding the fact that you grossly misrepresented what I said.
How can I be bigotted if I would vote for an anti-abortionist?

No I'm not.
That's inane.
Just because I MAY not vote for a rabid anti-abortionist, that means I am trying to get people to "accept" my morality???
Man. You are REALLY off your rocker.

NewsFlash. Does YOUR "morality" change if a pro-abortionist is in office?
Don't you still have YOUR OWN MORALITY on the issue?

Answer me this Jefferson.
HOW am I bigotted against anti-abortionists when I have EXPLICITLY STATED that I would have no problem voting for one?

Keep on pushing the issue Jefferson.
I'll keep on exposing your blunder.

Simple: You are claiming one thing is bigotry yet another, similar thing, is NOT. You are claiming one issue (homosexuality) is a moral issue while another (abortion) is a political issue.

You are picking and choosing your morality, based on what you WANT to believe, and what you WANT others to believe and obey.

It's the typical liberal agenda. What liberals are for is correct. If you're against it then you're definitely a bigot or a racist. Demonize the opposition. Kiss my ass.

Keep on attempting to misrepresent me. It's kind of funny...

Actually, "abortion" is BOTH a political AND a moral issue.
The point is that "homosexuality" IS NOT a political issue.

As I told you, I would have no problem voting for somebody who was anti-abortion.

Keep on trying to spin that and claim I am bigotted for that.

And these are the mindless ploys of Alias and Jefferson.
Misrepresent what your opponent is saying, ignore what he ACTUALLY said, and then proceed to talk to each other to ignore the gross errors and LIES that you are perpetuating in your attempt to slur your opponent.

Tell me. If I claimed that Christianity was a mental illness, and said that I wouldn't support Christian troops, would that make me a bigot?

Oh. So homosexuality is NOT a political issue? Why don't you tell that to the Democratic National Committee? They've made it a key element of their platform.
