What the hell, nothing happened. The judge threw it out. She's nothing but an opportunist whiner. Get that asswipe John Edwards who ran for vice president to represent her and lie and con some jury into giving her thousands for her "pain and duress". Another whiny liberal.

The judge may have thrown it out, but she shouldn't have been arrested in the first place.

I agree, she should not have been arrested. So she didn't lose any right. Blame the cop for being a jerk. That has nothing to do with Bush or anyone losing their rights. That's quite a leap.

I didn't mention Bush.. and we've lost our rights when we constantly have to watch our words and what we wear or display.. what happened to the First Amendment?
