  | Oh yes, but the true story is the lack of the story, for not matter what they say and/or do, Democrats can never, ever be racist. Trent Lott makes an innoculous comment at a birthday celebration and lo and behold he is the next David Duke, grandmaster of the KKK. Biden clearly makes an ill-advised statement that can be taken to be racist but oh well. Remember Trent Lott was never a Kleagle in the KKK, unlike someone else who has been called the heart and soul of the Democratic Senate. That statement alone should tell you exactly who the racist truly are and in which party they belong. dmk Conservatism, I repeat is not an ideology. | Yeah and the reason is simple, it is much easier to stay with a party that will give you money than to go with a party will you will have to work hard. Until Roosevelt and the New Deal, blacks were and voted Republican. But how soon they forget, for if not for Congressional Republicans in 1964 you could kiss away passage of the Civil Rights Act, but that is gratitude for you. Instead of favoring a party that treats you the same as everyone else, instead you remain with a party that supports the status quo. dmk Conservatism, I repeat is not an ideology.
