All this really reveals is two things:

1. The Media's obsession with blowing out of proportion anything they can try to make into news.

2. The Billary Clinton destruction machine, and the lengths to which it will go to win.

This is going to get very, very dirty - and that's just in the Primaries.

If either Clinton or Obama gets elected president you can thank Mr. Bush for creating the deep desire for dramatic change in our political system.

There is little doubt that the world in general is more liberal than it was 50 years ago and beyond. Conservatives are simply roadblocks on the path to an ever more progressive and liberal world. What a sad existence.

Whether or not it should be that was, notwithstanding, that's absolutely true.

On the other hand, no matter the outcome, I DO believe that the 2008 Presidential Campaign & Election will be VERY interesting!

I predict:
- The DNC will have a raucous, derogatory primary season - as evidenced by what Obama & Clinton are already doing. Whichever candidate moves onto the General Election, that candidate will be bruised and bloodied. And that will be taken advantage of by the Republicans.

- The GOP will ONLY stand a chance IF they field a FANTASTIC ticket - and they're going to have to have both an outstanding Presidential and Vice-Presidential candidate. One or the other can't carry the ticket.

- The GOP Primaries will NOT be as nasty as the DNC Primaries. THIS is the ONE major "dark horse" in this whole thing. The GOP could head into the Generals at full speed, while the DNC is heading into the Generals bludgeoned and staggering.

It promises to be a VERY interesting run!

The GOP doesn't have anyone nearly as strong as Clinton or Obama...

Guiliani?? Not a chance in hell. Too liberal for conservatives and he is connected to letting the 9/11 evidence just "vanish". Hard to overcome that kind of failure in leadership.

Rice?? Too easy to bring down with her lies about "Osama determined to strike..." and the Iraq war.

Who else is there really?

McCain? yeah right.

I think the GOP will field a ticket that'll surprise us all.

McCain = shorter balder version of Bush.
