Bush has said He is going to run for office again because we are 'at war'. Go some place no one wants you and you get war, this is the war we have. Bush has taken money away from protecting our borders! Would he do that if there was a real threat? Do you think ratings matter when we are talking about control of 300 billion dollars a year (defense budget) for four more years?
