I had a dream that the President and Vice President would announce that they are sick and tired of the liberal media beating up on them sixty days prior to the new swearing in date and resign... Let President Nancy Pelosi take charge of the country to guarantee that Democrats would never gain power agak in our lifetime. How dare you destroy my dream!

So do you think the Republicans and Democrats have a secret pact to change America? Or, do you think it is all being done by one political party? Please explain how two parties that fight with each other constantly could put such a plan into action when they can't agree on hardly anything. Or, explain how one party could do this without the other party or citizens from the other party letting the other party know what is going on? And, the press... are they in on it too with the party(s)?

There doesn't need to be anything done by anyone to stop what could be done if Bush decides to declare a state of emergency and martial law. The Constitution is suspended, and there is no protocol for restoring it that could force Bush out. What are you talking about Zack? I'm not saying that they will do that, but with Cheney running the show, I wouldn't be a bit surprised.

What would give you even a hint that something like that could occur? President Bush hasn't done anything without the support of the congress. Congress supported him restarting the Iraq War, congress funded and continue to fund the war. Congress leadership passed bills on FBI methods, congress leadership was briefed on NSA wiretaps and then passed legislation agreeing to the policy.

Where is your fear based?

My fear is based on the fact that he and his vice president will do whatever conniving is necessary in order to implement whatever agenda is on the top of their list. I can't claim to know what they're thinking, I only know that they are very manipulative in the way that they strategize about what they intend to do. And they have been successful so far in convincing the Congress, the media and anyone else who falls for their lies. Congress should have never gave him the authority to go into Iraq, but they were all to scared to disagree with him after 9/11 because they knew that the right would label them as unpatriotic in the next election cycle. There are subtleties to what was done and how they achieved their directive, which they had planned on doing the moment they won the 2000 election. I said it then, before 9/11, but no one wanted to hear it. So I don't fall for the simple explanation that his administration hasn't done anything wrong, I know what they did and their m.o.

suits us best. We will make them rip each other’s hearts apart and kill their own children. We will accomplish this by using hate as our ally, anger as our friend. The hate will blind them totally, and never shall they see that from their conflicts we emerge as their rulers. They will be busy killing each other. They will bathe in their own blood and kill their neighbors for as long as we see fit.

Seeing as the only way the President can declare a state of emergency or martial law on the whole United States is through FEMA, I highly doubt that will happen. And if it did, what do you think would happen? You think the states would just lie down and take it?
