One cannot know God. If they claim they can, they are welcome to believe that, but why would anyone else believe that simply from another's experience?

Why would anyone believe any objective claim that is substantiated merely by subjectivity?

Isn't that what religion is? A supposed mutual feeling of knowing God, without any proof of the fact that it is even a truly shared feeling? Or that it is God one is feeling?

And I guess the religious person would answer your question with the same old retort, "faith"!

Haha, barely. The pseudo-philosophical inanities of religion always fall in on themselves in a logical inevitable collapse into pure nihilism. I'm guilty of it less than you.

it's pretty much legal in British Columbia where I live
good bless Canada....
great weed
relaxed laws

although legalization would be nice
it wouldn't change a thing except that our government would get the dealers money
....don't see anything bad with that
As I leave you with restless liars and dealers on the take

cigarettes are killing people
alcohol is killing people

.... government earns some money

survival of the fittest, addiction is a genetic trait
lets weed it out

(see how clever I am)

I mean an alcoholic cigarette smoker will have so many more health risks than an addicted marijuana user (if there is such thing) ... and if laws are truly created to protect people from others and themselves at times then the purpose is failing horribly. We live in a capitalist society... am I not right?
Then let the best drug win.

Now crystal meth, cocaine, heroin, E, keep those illegal. I have never done them, never will, because I do the research and realize... hey thats pretty fucked up. I do the research on marijuana, alcohol and cigars.... I realize "Hey like everything if I abuse them... then sure it could eventually ruin my life." I'm no idiot. We have people who eat too much fudge and die... breath in too much helium and die .... stay under water too long .... The reason everything isn't illegal is because there are certain things that will kill you faster than others. Certain graphs we see and realize "Hey this thing is dangerous... lets make it illegal and save lives." Where are the graphs of deaths because of marijuana related incidents? Where are the rock solid pictures of druggies with their arms eaten up by *picking at the bugs*. Where are the examples of marijuana abusers on TV? There are examples... mostly successful examples .... but hey who am I to judge over 50% of our music industrys direct relation to marijuana.

You grow up in your teens thinking *drugs are bad* because of your parents, teachers, and outside influences. Then you realize... "Oh shit people are having fun, peer pressure, I'll be a rebel!"

That's all fine and dandy but we must make sure that the poison choosen is the most harmless dose. We will never be able to ban drugs, eliminate drugs, destroy any record of drugs. So lets do the right one's.
As I leave you with restless liars and dealers on the take
