Just because pot would be legal wouldn't erase drug dealers from existance. It would enhance them because they would basically have free will to sell it without being hassled by the law.

Let me give you an example:

Guns aren't illegal

But that doesn't stop people from selling guns on the street ok?

And I counter that with another example, when Prohibition ended black market booze sales plummeted to probably near non-existence (And I'm being generous) if any at all. Since alcohol was legal to buy at your local store after the abolition of the 18th amendment, there was no need for the mobsters to sell it anymore, the market for illegal booze went dry.

If guns were made illegal, we would see many more gun lords and gun dealers, a powerful underground industrial element for production and of course a black market full of demanding customers.

If pot was legal that wouldn't stop drug dealers from selling it

No, but it would practically destroy their share of the market.

It would actually increase the amount of drug dealers because it would be easier to get and they would turn it for profit.

No it wouldn't. If pot is legalized, then the role of the pot dealer is made moot, and the market for street pot would dry up. There'd be very little demand for it since you could go to a local drug store and buy some government-regulated and taxed weed legally. Drug dealers may exist after the legalization of marijuana, but they would lose pretty much all of their clientèle.

"and - yes - I'm anti-ANYTHING THAT IS FASCIST IN NATURE"

And your probablyy like every other neurotic, annoying liberal in society. You just bitch and complain and your against so much and yet if someone approached you and asked if you had a suggestion on how we change things in this country you'd probably look at them with blank stares. It's funny how liberals can be so anti this and anti that yet they can never come up with a positive solution for the problems they whine and bitch about. Dennis Miller got it right when he said that Liberals are just pessimistic people. Makes me thank god I'm a moderate

That is pretty funny! What has a liberal ever done to improve society? All they do is whine and complain about how conservatives are annoying and they don't even have anything intelligent to add to the political discourse. And they're hypocrites srcsm

I guess imprisoning people for victimless acts doesn't qualify as authoritarian. I thought conservatives were supposed to be against government intervention. Why are you in favor of our big brother babysitters?

Selling pot is what rookie drug dealers sell to get their feet wet before selling crack and heroine. Younger kids in the inner city also sell pot for the big time hustlers for quick cash too. I know what I'm talking about because unlike 90% of the people who push for widespread ligalization of pot I've actually seen first hand what drugs of any kind can do to a community and it's people. Notice how its mostly old white burnouts and their suburbanized offspring that always bring up the pot legalization argument. Inner city folks don't want that shit to happen because it would cause even more damage and it would basically make it easier for young teens to push that shit. See legal pot means more wiggle room for dealers because the cops would have no authority to squeeze them because it would be legal to carry the stuff so dealers would have more supply to sell and ship out. That causes more money being made and more lives being lost because of the dirty deeds that come along with selling drugs. Just because pot would be legal wouldn't erase drug dealers from existance. It would enhance them because they would basically have free will to sell it without being hassled by the law."
But, if pot were legal, why would the average cannabis consumer go to some street dealer to buy their pot when they could go to a coffee house and buy their pot?

(If you ask me, the ONLY reasons why someone would use the blackmarket as a source for any legal goods would be if they could get more for their money, whether through quantity or through quality, or if they intend to hide their purchase of that product...for whatever reason(s).)

I'm not. Listen I dont like liberals or conservatives. I especially dont like when they try to influence our politicial system. I think we should do away with both groups, because if you ask any moderates still left out there they would tell you that both liberals and conservatives ruined this country.

And another thing. Just because I dont agree with liberals doesnt mean I'm conservative. Thats another problem you freaks have. You have this attitude that, if someone isn't with you then their against you. What the fuck is that all about?

There isn't one fuckin thing you can tell me that would make me think otherwise about liberals. They are bad for this country.

As for conservatives, they get in and they play the president like a puppet and influence him to make decisions like the Patriot Act and all these fuckin Free Trade agreements that America China's bitch.

So what I've been doing since last summer is I've been speaking to crowds in a few cities about the need for moderates to increase and make an effort to take back our country and our society and save it from this radical liberal, secular ideology and this neo-conservative hypocrital bullshit. Unlike liberals out there I actually got sick and tired of being pissed and I decided to get up and reach as many people as I can to become Moderates and Independents. So far I've gotten about 130 people just last year to consider the change to moderate.

I'm telling you people in the middle aren't gonna take this ping pong politics anymore.

Now that I've defended myself and my statements let's please get back on the subject of pot.
