| Im actually in favor of legalization of all Narcotics. For the following reasons. 1. If you abuse legal drugs you go to a hospital. If you abuse Illegal drugs you go to a Prison. Dosnt make much sense their. 2. Legalizing Narcotics would eliminate most crime associated with it. By Lowering the cost of it, thus decreasing the theft, and robberys by drug addicts. Gangs would no longer kill each other over territory to sell it. And would allow the Law Enforcement to spend its resources fighting actuall crimes. 3. You can have the Government tell you what to do with your body, or you can decide yourself. Freedom of Happiness. 4. Fighting the "drug war" is costing Americans hundreds of billions and its a loosing war that will never end. As long as their is demand, there will be a drug market. 5. Taxation of Narcotics would bring in money, where fighting people who choose to use them costs money for the tax payers. As you can see, their is no reason. Other than Religious motivation to criminalize narcotic use. I view it the same way as I did the ole Sodomy laws. where it was illegal to have anal or oral sex. | |||||||||||||||||||||

| It's not legal because people are making too much money this way.. legalizing it would only serve to piss alot of people off... think of how big the illegal industry in drugs is in terms of dollars. | |||||||||||||||||||||

| Not so sure about that. Ill bet a lot of pot growers would love to legitimize their industry. Sell their dank at the local shops and be able to declare income on their taxes. | |||||||||||||||||||||

| haha..Guess that explains why I am very depressed.. i'm just kidding. I would not consider myself an alcoholic though.. Maybe I should have said that if you compare someone who is considered an alcoholic, and someone else who tokes up everyday, the alcoholic would be more prone to depression.. | |
