The criminals that are selling illegal drugs are NOT going to start paying taxes once they become legal.
Personally, I don't think there is ANY good solution to the whole drug thing. It cannot be successfully legislated, because where there is demand there will always be supply. Unfortunately, this truth applies to the sick bastards in the kiddie-porn industry as well. |
