Senator John McCain's presidential campaign spent more than it raised from April through June.
The Federal Election Commission says McCain has $3.2 million cash on hand and a debt of $1.8 million.

He spent $13 million.
Overall, McCain has raised $25 million so far in his campaign and spent 22 million.
The Arizona senator's campaign organization took some hits after his campaign manager, Terry Nelson, left and his long-time strategist, John Weaver, resigned.
