Geez alias. Why not just be honest and admit you have no modern examples of Iraqi terrorism?
Just because you can't or wont connect the dots doesn't mean I can't. Saddam was a terrorist and funding terrorism and supporting it until the day he ran from office. You must not read the newspapers. Since when did the time of the event matter? Are you that desparate to make Saddam a good decent human being that you are trying to make him a nice guy just because he didn't murder 300,000 of his own people in the last year of his rule? How noble. I'm sure all those he slaughtered and raped and tortured in the years before his depose are relieved.

No. I'm not thinking that he is a "good decent human being".
I think he's still scum.

But I don't think he's scum that justifies BILLIONS and BILLIONS of tax-payer dollars to eliminate. I don't think he's scum that justifies THOUSANDS of soldier deaths in order to remove.
