It's not common sense. The media may be the strongest information source but if a third party candidate was worth talking about, then that person would have a chance. If this third party candidate supports or is against the administration, this person needs to speak up and let his/her voice be heard.

Anyone can achieve anything in this world if they work hard for it.

That is truly bullshit. When the two parties have total control over media time it doesn't matter if a 3rd party got jesus himself. Well...

I firmly believe that the biggest problem with 3rd parties not winning a presidential election is the fact that most people won't vote for the candidate that has the same ideals and moral convictions as they do because they dont belive that their candidate will get enough votes, so they end up voting for what they feel is the lesser of two evils. They look at the Republican and Democratic canditaes and ask themselves: Who will screw up the country less?

I do agree with this belief, but I also feel that third party candidates are slowly becoming more powerful with a larger backing. At some point they may very well become a larger force nationally.

The only way a 3rd party candidate will win is if enough people get fed up with all crap that comes out of the mouths of both the republican and democratic candidates.
