No... I'm thinking more along the lines of giving all Democrats remedial voting classes - classes such as, "How To Vote 8 Times, Like Your Brutha Did" and "Whining 101" and "If Your Candidate Isn't Elected, Scream Real Loud!"

Then the Democrats all get GIANT crayons, so they don't lose them. And they get paper that's already filled out - straight DNC - so they don't even have to think.

That should about do it. Unfortunately, the DNC would STILL find a way to out-stupid a fool-proof system, and NOT get candidates elected.
