I don't see how anyone can possibly be against research that will advance medical science for the greater good of the people, that hurts no one, and could potentially save millions.

I think opposition to this subject, especially for religious reasons, is incredibly selfish and short-sighted.

If people weren't getting preganent and wanting abortions in the first place, we would not have a problem with stem cell research. i have nothing against the research for babies that die, but taking aborted babies is wrong.

next thing you know these girls are going to get pregnant and get an abortion to sell the fetus. it will turn into a business. but Bush (whom is wonderful) has put MILLIONS into this but i understand his position on the aborted babies.

It's not. The idea caf proposed of getting pregnant to sell the fetus is the most ignorant and retarded idea I have ever heard of. No one would go through all that. If the fetus is aborted, why not use it? It's not like the baby would be saved if they were not used. I think the ridiculous practice of treating corpses like something precious and special is exceedingly wasteful and atiquated.

There seems to be plenty of supply, so I cannot see how a business could start by selling goods that are readily available.
