Graphical Election Representation
I thought this was a pretty cool picture, gives a very interesting display of the last election... Please note the higher the bar is, the more higher the population...

Conservatives are basically correct when they say most of the country is red. However, just about half the people are blue and the other half red.

Exactly, the only thing the Republicans really have is land mass. The blue has as many people (if not more) but they tend to live in high population areas, and thus get royally screwed by the electoral college.

Yeah. And millions of people were led to believe that they needed to vote Republican because of their stance on minor issues, instead of the major ones.

I hate to admit it, but I am also against the Electoral college, even if it is in our favor.

HAHA, everyone look at Nebraska, we got a couple little bumps. Oh yeah.

No surprise that the electoral college has been challenged over 700 times. It is a surprise it has survived all those challenges.

In the past 200 years, there have been more than 700 attempts to abolish the Electoral College in Congress, 100 of them advocating election of the president by popular vote. All have been rejected.
