I was wondering how long it was going to take the Republicans to start a rumor that Obama maybe Muslim. Typical. I am suprised it took this long!!!!

The product of a muslim father and christian mother is muslim, according to muslims. Children of muslim fathers are always considered muslim. So, he is an apostate. That is, if he's really not a muslim engaging in taqiyya....we won't know for quite some time, I'm sure. I expect his immediate family to have more influence in this than a deceased father who abandoned him, but then, he has a muslim step father, too.

There will be lots of questions..... And I'm sure he can figure out how to answer them to please everyone. He's got charm...sort of Clintonesque charm... and I pray he doesn't have the defects.

But in all fairness, Howard Dean pretty much self-destructed. And since then, he's proven himself to be nothing short of a total ass.

I think maybe - just maybe - his "true self" slipped out a little too clearly in that "yeeehaaaaaaawwwwwwwww" gaff. I don't know, but I suspect that.

Lots of politicians are asses....I don't really think Dean had a lock on that,and certainly he is no bigger ass than Kerry, who is stunningly arrogant as well as being an ass. No, I think the MEDIA had a prepicked candidate, and had to destroy Dean's viability. I watched that scream hundreds of times...and it just looked like enthusiasm to me, like he was trying to improve the morale of his workers. The media labeled it INSANE!

It took the Swiftboat Vets to bring out the truth about Kerry! Again, MEDIA wanted to choose the candidate, and they did all they could to destroy the Swiftboat Vets.

It was the media who chose the candidate for the democrats to vote for or against. It sucks.

1. Oh I agree - 100%.
2. I thought the scream made Dean look silly. But the media was trying to create news, and there was nothing more interesting going on. The sad thing is that you EXPECT stuff like that from Letterman and Leno - replaying the scream repeatedly. But they're comedians, and everybody knows it.
3. Yes, the American media is totally screwed up - and totally biased. Just look at the "CNN Sub-Forum" here. It's far more propaganda than news!
