So you are willing to judge Mitt and Rudy etc because of the failings of our current President? That seems a little illogical to me.

I am about as Conservative as they come and anyone who thinks President Bush is a Conservative is quite wrong.

And whilst I am a Conservative I can tell you something I know to be fact.

If you are thinking of supporting Joe Biden I would read up some more.I do not agree with about 80% of what Joe has to say but you will not find any other politician in DC that has a better sense of public service, duty to and love of our country.

I will have to abide by whatever choice the country makes but please not Hillary.

Think about this. Our prisons are full of people who took no Oath.
I don't need to "read Fitzgerald's mind". The facts do not support prosecution.

Clinton broke his oath of office. I guess he is also guilty of treason. I strongly advocate the rule of law for everyone.

We should reject Romney for the same reason we rejected Kerry. Romney is a flip flopper. He supported civil unions and now he doesn't. He supported abortion, and now he doesn't. He is changing his views to appease the religious right and, like Bush, will disappoint them.

Even as a Liberal, I would rather see a consistent conservative be elected. That way we all know what to expect. You don't know what you are going to get with Romney!

When it comes to the economy, I think Romney would be perfect for the job. Sure he has changed his position, but he has good reasons for doing so. Kerry changed his views without any reasoning.

His reasons are politically motivated. Just like Kerry's. I fail to see the difference. I happened to agree with Kerry's change of heart while some might agree with Romney's change of heart, but a change is a change and these are two major issues which are bound to come up. I don't think when you have been a governor of a state you have the luxury of changing your views. Your record speaks for itself.

Which is why I didn't vote for Kerry or Bush.

Let me continue to try and educate you. Bill Clinton was tried by the directives of our U.S. Constitution. You know the results I hope. Scooter Libby was tried by the directives of the U.S. Constitution. You know the results I hope. Therefore you have zero argument. You just lost another debate.

I think I'll be ok Billy. Thank you for your concern.

Have you seen Peppermint Patty around?

--- help me Instant Runoff Voting, you're my only hope ---

There is little doubt that the world in general is more liberal than it was 50 years ago and beyond. Conservatives are simply roadblocks on the path to an ever more progressive and liberal world. What a sad existence.

Romney, 58, is the son of former Michigan Gov. George Romney, who ran unsuccessfully for the presidency in 1968. Mitt Romney received his B.A. in 1971 from Brigham Young University, dual degrees in 1975 from Harvard Business and Law schools, and went on to found a Boston venture capital firm before running the 2002 Olympic Winter Games in Salt Lake City. His only major failing was an unsuccessful campaign against Democratic Sen. Edward M. Kennedy in 1994. After earning two Harvard degrees, making millions as a businessman and turning around a scandal-plagued Winter OlympicsMitt Romney created a list of accomplishments as the governor.

During his tenure as governor he also faced down corruption throughout his state.
His church affiliation has no bearing on his capibilities to operate an effective leadership in government. From all appearances he has been an excellent governor and has a very good history.
