No, I am not worrying too much about global warming. It is occurring naturally (most likely source is the sun). The rest of the post is the baloney. Here is one example: We are finding more oil all the time domestically that would greatly reduce the need for foreign oil. Another example: right now there are many more people on the face of the earth than was at one time expected to be able to be able to survive. That is because of technology.

We have not had the ability to measure biodiversity for long enough to be able to come to any conclusion like this.

We are not that powerful.

I think this is the only correct thing you've said on your entire time here on this forum. Man clearly isn't a threat to the Earth, and I don't think that was ever the point. The point is that man is a threat to themselves. The Earth will be here when we're gone, but we are capable of creating a climate change that is hostile to our survival. To stop global warming isn't to save the planet but to save ourselves.
