If you think being able to point out a spelling mistake makes you "smarter", then you SERIOUSLY are not getting the bigger picture here...

It obviously does make me smarter. It was not a spelling mistake, it was a vocabulary mistake. Try again.

No, it was a spelling mistake. And if this little episode proves anything about anyone's intelligence, it is that you're a little inane prick that thinks the appropriate response to undeniable evidence of global warming is to pick out people's personal spelling errors. If anything your are insulting your own intelligence, what ever is left, by clinging onto this stupid trivial little error that doesn't say anything about my intelligence, nor the validity of my arguments.

This is unbelievable. Its like talking to a little kid.

He used a homophone in place of the proper word.
"Vocabulary"? It wasn't an issue of him not understanding the word he was trying to use.

Man. If you think your capability to pick at grammar somehow means you're superior, then I guess you should go for it. You're going to lose on virtually every other standard...

Well the ironic thing here, is that I think he achieved his goal. He diverted attention away from the facts I presented, toward something so trivial. This is common practice by many radicals like him...attack the person instead of the message. Its annoying, immature, and unfortunately effective some of the time.

That is 85% of what he has been doing since he got here through 3000 posts

There is little doubt that the world in general is more liberal than it was 50 years ago and beyond. Conservatives are simply roadblocks on the path to an ever more progressive and liberal world. What a sad existence.

Didn't we already have this exact conversation? I think our understanding of the earth is a little better now than in 1979. Sciences have advanced a great deal since that time, really.

Wait a minute here! Aren't we supposed to believe that ALL information we have - about the environment - is accurate, back thousands and thousands of years?

How can what was "scientifically believed" back in 1979 have NOT been true or accurate?

It was not a spelling mistake. You spelled both words correctly. It was a vocabulary mistake. It is a compound word, not 2 words. Also, I'd like to point out in your above post that the word is "whatever", not "what ever".

It most certainly does say something about your intelligence. You can always judge a person's intelligence by their vocabulary. Also, by calling me a "little inane prick" you have just neutralized your point about me being profane.

As far as global warming, there is no proof of anything. I can find just as many climatologists as you who disagree with you. You are making the same mistake a lot of other educated dummies make in thinking that theories are sound science because you've been taught that in your liberal run education mills. There are other ideas in this world beside the ones you've been conditioned to accept. You liberals claim to be open minded. Looks to me like you are very closed minded. Anything that differs from what you've been indoctrinated to believe is considered stupid when you have never taken the time to examine it.

As you can see by my punctuation and vocabulary as well as my use of paragraphs, I am very well educated, so your attempt to label me and put me in your box as ignorant is not going to work.

Do you really wish to go one on one with me? Step right up asswipe and go for it. Take your best shot in the flame thread and i'll reply.
