Oh, I see. The plants make seeds with no embryo. Kinda limits who has plants that can produce offspring, huh.

I love going out to my small place in my yard and picking a tomato and a few green onions. I also have some chives.. I do live close enough to farms to get some great fresh produce.

I love to compost, does anyone else compost their own brew?

I used to garden when I lived in the country. Unearthing potatoes was fun; since you couldn't see them, their shapes were a surprise.

I never did get into composting. I usually put the garden waste in a pile and tilled it under.

Recycle Ann Arbor has a composting program for yard waste. Woohoo! I see they now accept #2 and #4 plastic grocery bags!!!
