So why not get the GA Congress to pass a bill that its ok to wear baggies as long as the underlying boxers have a minimum of three buttons or one button for each inch of fly opening?

A question, if you don't object.

It seems to me that if a man wants to enjoy sex without the fear of pregnancy, he could put sperm in a 'bank' and have a vasectomy. Unlike egg storage for women, this is easily done and not too expensive.
