That's contradictory. "IF" a man wants to have sex.......blah blah blah, pretty much knocks out 'not having sex'.

"Shop owner Mack Murray said Trenton's proposed ordinance unfairly targets blacks."

Bullshit... it targets people who can't seem to dress themselves properly. Undergarments are meant to be worn under your clothing and not exposed to the public.

Whether you are WHITE or BLACK.. pull your freakin' pants up and put the "racial" card back in the pocket......

"
"Are they going to go after construction workers and plumbers, because their pants sag, too?" Murray asked. "They're stereotyping us.""

If their pants sag, then they should be told to follow their company policy. I am sure that baggy pants are not "authorized" apparel.

Who is to say what style of clothing is proper?

This just seems so foreign to me. Is the government's place really to be banning a style of clothing?

Even if you somehow manage to work up some sort of argument regarding exposing children or whatever to possible nudity (or whatever), then you'll have to explain why there's oversized half-naked people on bill boards, posters, and on television.

But good god, regulating the free market (television and advertising) is socialism! Regulating the individual is the American way! Yee-hah!

As much as I hate this style I have to agree Mr. Kat. looking like a buffoon is not against the law and should not be. this is not what our forefathers fought for, to have millions of laws upon the books dictating every small facet of our every movement. perhaps one day lawmakers will turn to the issue of social security or feeding the poor.
As the song says, it was a love T.K.O.

I have to ask... are they "profiling" themselves by dressing in this horrible way, or are we "profiling" them by pointing it out?

My dear lady, there is no "IF" when it comes to a man wanting sex... at least not for this particular man...LMAO.

It's how a man deals with that constant wanting that can make the difference.

That's irrelevant, IMHO. Which speaks to my point; it doesn't matter if people are walking around looking like medieval knights or clowns. It's their personal prerogative to dress themselves without interference from the state. And I don't see how this should change when a group of people do it.
