If you have a safe place to live, food, hot and cold water, electricity and medical...

Then whatever money you are also allotted through SSI or Disability can cover your add-ons of cable TV and such.

Ummm, again, where do you get online?

And I am NOT Republican but you know, it is from those Republicans wallets, sitting in close proximity to their sweet asses that you are getting your dsl paid for.

No offense, NR, but I live in West Michigan.

My sister is disabled, and doesn't have anything paid for her. She pays for everything out of her disability payments, rent, food, utilities, medications (after Medicare).

I know quite a few people, as a matter of fact, that are disabled and have to pay rent on what they get from SSI and Social Security. My mom, for example, is 81 years old and manages to pay her rent and food and bills with the $600 she gets a month from the government.

No,I am paying for my DSL out of the money I paid into Social Security during all the years I worked. Who was the Republican that took all the money out of the Social Security account and was supposed to put it back but never did? Not me!

Also the middle class and poor republicans pay more taxes than the rich Republicans.

As for vile words, you started with the notion that the disabled are supposed to be happy with whatever the government feels like giving us and we should be so thankful. Bullshit. Our government gives more to Pakistan in one year than they give to the disabled U.S. citizens.

No offence taken. I do the same thing and I don't have much left over to do anything else. I didn't approve the free cable here, the city Housing Commissioners did years before I moved in here. They also did it illegally with HUD money that could have been spent on people out there that need a low income home.

Considering everyone in the building had free cable, I dont think your case would be hard to prove. Takem to court. Im sure your nieghbors would be more than willing to testify.
