But then again, in the wild, orphaned baby animals are probably more likely to be eaten by the first thing that comes across them.. not adopted.

Tame animals will do things their wild brethren might not normally do.
Again, a no-brainer. And again, it bears no relevance whatsoever to human homosexual relationships and gay parenting. And furthermore, it proves nothing about "nature" -- as these animals are not in that setting. They are in a human-controled environment.

My dog adores me and my children. When my children were small, it helped me sleep at night knowing the dog would make hamburger out of anybody trying to harm the children -- or die trying.

But in a natrual canine state, we wouldn't be worth a leg-lift, as far as he was concerned.

Look, my sister once had a cat and a bunny rabbit, both males, who had a torrid love affair. Had they adopted a puppy and raised it.. well, that might have been a sort of evidence for your point.

But again, in the wild, the cat would have eaten the bunny… not humped it. And the hypothetical puppy probably would have just died of exposure and been consumed by maggots.

Not exactly a good script for a Disney film, I know. But hey…
