Like any President Bush appoints people who represent the views of the voters who elected him and funded his campaign.

Those people tend to be pro-family, pro traditional marriage, pro-life and pro Christian values.

When your side gets Ru Paul into the White House things will be different.

Conservatism: Self-centered mean-spiritedness fueled by ignorance and misguided self-importance.

Bigotry is a social disease.

Legalized same-sex marriage almost certainly benefits those same-sex couples who choose to marry, as well as the children being raised in those homes. - David Blankenhorn is president of the New York-based Institute for American Values and the author of "The Future of Marriage."

He doesn't represent my views, and I'll be damned if I let him legislate his narrow-mindedness.

I don't think the Surgeon General legislates anything.

"Apparently he neglects to mention that 1/3 of all married couples report that they have engaged in anal sex. Somehow they're not as important."

In reading his paper, I think it can be discerned that he's universally against butt-sex of any kind.

Basically, what it boils down to, IMO, this guy broke one of the great commandments of the Holy Doctrine of Political Correctness:

"Thou shalt in no way say anything disparaging about homosexuality."

Nah, it's worded like this:
"Thou shalt mind one's own damn business."

True, but he's obviously biased against homosexuals, especially considering not all of them have sex like that.
