While I agree it should have been automatic, I am pleasantly surprised the situation was resolved so quickly, and without the courts getting involved.

In retrospect, I admit that I may have been too hasty in taking a negative view in this case. But after being kicked 99 times, it's easy, even appropriate, to expect that 100th kick.
