I never said it was unbiased. Virtually all sites discussing Biblical interpretaion will be biased
toward their own understanding of the scriptures.

Again.

You are not a Biblical scholar.

Yours is not the final word.

As a matter of fact, you do not speak with any authority whatsoever.

I gave the site as a source for a different interpretation from the one you keep touting so that anyone interested in differing opinions would have a starting point.
Right now America spends $700 billion every year on foreign oil. That's our money going overseas when it could be staying here. We have to stop this.

I'm calling your bluff. Show me some links of other such 'abused' Christians. You may find one or two, but I think your statement here, is bull. Its the Christians that do the abusing of Homosexuals and you know it...better than most.

Jesus makes it very clear that marriage is intended for one man and one woman:

Matt 19:3-6

3 Some Pharisees came and tried to trap him with this question: "Should a man be allowed to divorce his wife for just any reason?"

4 "Haven't you read the Scriptures?" Jesus replied. "They record that from the beginning 'God made them male and female.'
5 And he said, 'This explains why a man leaves his father and mother and is joined to his wife, and the two are united into one.'
6 Since they are no longer two but one, let no one split apart what God has joined together."

No mention of multiple spouses or same sex couples.

Of course not everyone believes the Bible is the word of God, but it's still indisputable what Jesus meant.

this is an old old ploy of garysher - using Jesus' condemnation of DIVORCE as having some bearing on the issue of same sex marriages.

he seems to think that everything Jesus said was about gays in one way or another - garysher seems to think that Jesus was as obsessed and fantatical about all things gay as he is.

When I get time I will find some more for you.

I started this thread to show there is another side to the constant anti-Christian, pro-homosexual themes posted on this forum.

In general, the issues of gay marriage, gay adoption and hate crime legislation are all an abuse of Christians at some level.

I'd love to see them. If one Country's legislature is insultive the best thing to do is to move to a Country where Homsexual abuse is tolerated,

LOL ah you're such a card win!

The case I quoted hasn't been heard yet.

But if the plaintiffs lose it will only serve to emphasise how Christians are being abused in the workplace, and are being denied their First Amendment rights.

You think so?

Should homosexuals who want to marry just move to another country where it's permitted?

I think you're being a tad facetious there Ty!

It stemmed from a court case the plaintiff's lost. Yet again you have been BUSTED for your deceptions.
